The Definition of A Spiritualist
One who believes, as the basis of his or her religion, in the continuity of life and in individual responsibility. Some, but not all, Spiritualists are Mediums and/or Healers. Spiritualists endeavor to find the truth in all things and to live their lives in accordance therewith.

Before you meet with a medium, here are some helpful hints for you:
Relax! Mediums are not here to frighten, startle or alarm you. There may be some element of surprise with the quality and/or quantity of information you receive, but the messages are to assist you; not intentionally upset you. The best attitude to have when you are ready for your reading is to be relaxed and your mind at ease. This provides a calmer atmosphere for spirit to bring information for you.
Ask the medium for the fee charged for their time to be spent with you. Is the fee for their time? What length of time is the reading? May more than one person at a time be present? Is the recorder tape included? Be sure you know what the suggested donation or fee requested before you begin. Remember, you are reimbursing the medium for their time, not for the information.
Let the medium set the pace. Your most important or compelling issues may not be what your guides, teachers and family and friends in spirit want to address first—be patient. You will have an opportunity to ask questions. Trying to make the medium do the reading your preconceived way may lead to confusion and inability to do an accurate reading.
Write your questions before you come to the reading, and bring them with you. Your guides, teachers, family and friends in spirit don’t always have the answer for you on the spur of the moment—you need to meditate on the questions prior to your reading, and remember to bring your list with you.
Proof of identity is provided by Spirit in many different manners. Confirmation of identity may be offered through name, last known physical description, known events, relationships or symbols….be ready and willing to verify the evidential information so the medium can continue to give the message.
Disputing the message or information before it’s fully given to you is counter-productive. Don’t argue with the medium. The message may be more clear at the end of the reading, or a fuller meaning of the message may occur at a later time.
Let the medium know when they are correct. If you are focused on finding fault or inaccuracy with the medium, you will create an atmosphere of distrust which leads to disconnection and adverse relationship.
Remember readings from a medium are not fortune telling. A truly successful reading is measured by the insight, clarity and guidance it provides you; not glimpses into the future. A reading may involve some aspects of prophecy, but the future is in a constant flux. Changes will occur as you make different decisions. Prophecy may be inaccurate because you have the power to change your future.
Know when the reading is done. A reading is bringing information to you from Spirit, and Spirit time is not chronos, or human constructed, time. The medium knows when the spirit entities have left. You can make another appointment time to have another reading.

I do not predict lottery numbers, birth, death, pregnancy or babies gender. I DO NOT make medical diagnoses. We, being human have free will it is your choice to accept or reject the information given to you and to assume all responsibility for any actions you take in regards to the situation.
